Every watch is brand-new and boxed with its brand warranty card. Before dispatch we film the serial number, the warranty card and the watch running, and send that video to your WhatsApp. On request we do a live video call so you can inspect it before you pay.

What if the watch arrives damaged or different from the video?

You're covered by the founder guarantee. If what arrives isn't what we filmed, Fahad refunds you personally, full amount, no questions. Every courier order is insured, so damage in transit is on us, not you.

Measure your wrist with a tape, then match to watch size. As a quick guide: 14-16 cm wrists often prefer 34-38 mm cases; 16-18 cm: 38-42 mm; 18-20+ cm: 42-46 mm.

Most orders ship the same day once payment clears and reach major cities in 2 to 3 working days by TCS or Leopards, with live tracking shared on your WhatsApp. Remote areas can take a little longer.
